Soft Skills Training Workshops
Workshops are a great modality to get the whole team together and share a learning experience collectively, where lively discussion can happen and the group can learn from each other. It also facilitates a spirit of bonding and support as the group traverses the challenges they face often bringing relief that they do not stand alone in their fears, uncertainty, and insecurities. It ensures that everyone is on the same page in their soft skills learning.
Workshops are tailor-made to each client's specific industry needs, meaning that each industry may need to focus on one set of soft skills more so than another. The kinds of soft skills that are typically covered within the workshop are: adaptability, self-mastery-problem solving, out-of-the-box thinking, conflict management, empathy, resourcefulness, teamwork/ collaboration, constructive criticism, confidence, work ethic, creative thinking, communication and so many more.
Workshops are interactive, allowing for team building, learning new ideas, internal introspection, and supportive discussion. Each delegate will be guided through the worksheet provided to allow for real-time inner work.
The goal for each workshop is that each delegate walks away knowing and understanding themselves better and will be better acquainted with their personal growth point areas that they need to work on. They will be equipped with tools and strategies that they can begin to implement immediately. Change will not happen after the workshop, change will have already begun during the workshop.
Private coaching can be offered to certain individuals after a workshop, should they require more personalised support, however, this does not only have to happen after a workshop. There are often times when private coaching is required for key individuals without the need for a group
workshop. Sessions last 60 minutes and can be done in person or virtually.
This falls under the banner of managing people and being an effective leader, and thus is often for the more senior employees in the company who lead a team. We work in close support of the client with regular check-in. We help them to understand and navigate the complexities of working with humans and how to influence and bring out the best in themselves and others.
We believe that for any lasting and impactful change to happen our clients not only need to be introduced to profound and powerful knowledge but need to be given simple and effective tools that they can use to apply the knowledge they have acquired.
This implementation allows for introspection and self-awareness which aids the process of growth and transformation.
