by Gail M. Westphal

Soft Skills are non-technical skills and personal attributes that enable someone to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people.

Instead, They are character traits and interpersonal skills that characterise relationships with other people, work ethic, and work style and complement hard skills in the workplace.

Soft Skills are a personal attribute that supports situational awareness and enhances an individual's ability to get a job done

How the Brain Works:

With our brains working at 50 GB of data per second, we are running a Super Computer which is continuously Decoding data - This is called Neuroplasticity. 95% of what we are is driven by our Subconscious So, if we can influence our subconscious, the neuroplasticity will channel new pathways which become the norm.

The world of soft skills is vast and no one course could ever hope to cover every skill out there, however, by the end of our interventions, participants are more acquainted with what we believe through our experience are the top most desirable skills in the workplace.
